Ok, so this blog thing...

...is not so easy to keep up with when it feels like all you do already is write for school. Enough writing already. But I thought I'd give you all a brief update on what has happened since I last posted.

It is finally warmer! The first day it broke 30 degrees it felt as if we were having a heat wave! I actually rolled my window down in my car while driving. It didn't stay down too long, but it was amazing nonetheless. The past two days, I have been able to open the sun roof. It's been in the 50's, and I LOVE this weather!

A friend surprised me by coming up for the weekend!! Meagan. She's from West Virginia, and we met through our friend, Jake, last semester. We were able to go "rush" the musical Rent on Sunday evening. It was my second time seeing it live, and it was even more incredible this time. I love musical theater, and Rent is one of my favorite musicals!

Back to work yesterday and today. I'm trying to get more hours at my student job since I lost my job at Starbucks. They want me to be able to work more hours, so that's encouraging, but they are trying to see if they can work it into their budget. Please keep your fingers crossed!

Car troubles are at my door again, and they're knocking louder than ever. I may not have a car in 10 days. Who knows. Yet another thing to pray about...

I should get back to the paper that I'm managing to avoid writing by writing this. I promise I have pictures from this weekend and more stories to tell, but wanted to get this up here real quick. Till next time...
